Val Sales Limited (VSL), previously Val Urban Limited has been in existence for 32 years, and has a wealth of experience in the domestic market. VSL has been involved in Real Estate development for fifteen years as well as home construction and the roofing industry. Acono Ridge Phase One was successfully completed by VSL, who has now embarked on Phase Two. VSL's Managing Director Mr. Felix Nelson is a Civil Engineer by profession and is a member of both the American Society of Civil Engineers as well as a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago. The Directors of VSL are Danny Nelson, Edgar Richardson and Paul Nelson. 

Project Management: The management team consist of Civil Engineers: Andre Richardson and Felix Nelson, and IT and Project Management Specialists: Paul Nelson, Danny Nelson and Edgar Richardson.
